What color do you prefer for your room, dark colors or light colors?

I usually prefer lighter colors for a bedroom. They make the space feel brighter, cleaner, and more relaxing, especially when there is plenty of natural light.

That said, I do love a darker accent wall or darker furniture. A room that is entirely dark can feel a little heavy to me, but the right combination of light and dark can make it feel really cozy. 🥰

Light colours and that's why my walls are painted white.

Since I don't live in the US, I don't have any wallpaper but instead, I have painted walls. They are of light color (off-white) and all the rooms have the same color tone.

This does not only brighten up the rooms but also calms down since some colors can be seen as having the opposite effect.

Also, the fact to have light walls make them easier to spott spiders for example.

I much rather live in a place that is bright then with wallpapers that are of darker tones and that may impact on the morale and wellbeing of a person.

We like it as dark as possible. Most of our house is dark blue and black with dark wood-grain flooring and thick black shag pile carpet. Very gothic.

Note: White walls are headache-inducing.

The walls should be light coloured, don't care too much about the furniture.

Light. Better light reflection if i want a bright room. If I want a dark room I have external roller blinds on all windows
