The same way you would solve any math problem. Islamic is a misnomer and slightly racist, but math problems in Arabic use Arabic numerals the same as they do in English.

Islam is a religion, and not a type of math problem. Ergo, there's no such thing. There's no Christian or Jewish math problems either. A math problem is a math problem, and is separate entirely from religion. Lol 😆
