sometimes yes. but most are relative. I have made many bad and good decisions. but most of the problems didn't come from me. but without problems, I could not learn better to be a good decisions maker.

horoscopes have nothing to do :) imo decision/indecision is related to familiarity. I'm extremely decisive about programming and application design decisions, which is my field. But I would be very indecisive at, say, how to best go about fixing an unstable structure -- but my civil engineering friend would know exactly what to do.
