It means that he's kissing you in front of his friends. Not sure what else I can make of that lol. It's just a kiss and it happens to be in front of his friends, unless he does it deliberately to make his friends jealous but I don't think that's very effective.

Several things, it's a way of showing our affection and/or gaining acceptance from your friends. The other being, or could be, a sign of marking territory. "This is my girlfriend, and I'm her boyfriend." Hence the lip lock.
