i think it depends on the girl...but if I were you, id feel her out as either a more girlie girl or a more down to earth one. the girlie girls love that stuff, but the more down to earth girls would probably appreciate a random goodnight text once in a while...just to show you are thinking of her.

ie-

" I was just thinking of you! have a great day!"

" good night beautiful" ( on occasions)

" you will do great today!" ( any form of support is good)

" you looked really nice in that ( pick something specific so she feels like you actually noticed what she was wearing)

I love them so to me they are cute!..I haven't had one in the longest time now but I guess that's life sometimes can't do much about it.Plus as long as its not a daily or nightly thing is really cute just waitng for it know that its going to come is no fun.But yeah you should go for it and text who ever that luckly lady is.

I think they're annoying. Sometimes, it takes them forever just to say goodnight.

Super annoying unless you're already texting and you want to get some sleep so you say goodnight. I don't really want to be with a mushy gushy guy. It's just weird.

Annoying because I am not a very emotional person and if I don't really need someone to text solely because they want to say goodnight. Like someone else already said if I was already texting him and he says goodnight I'm fine with that.
