When a girl playfully says 'go away' what does she actually mean?

I know this may seem like a pretty silly question but this has happened to me with 4 or 5 different girls now. the one thing they have in common is that they are all slightly shy.

so me and this girl are just playfully teasing each other and every now and then if I say something or do something cheeky she will just say like ' oh go away'. but we seem to be getting along good so is she just teasing or really wants me to leave her alone?

as I said this as happened with several different girls over the last few weeks. I hope its not me that's annoying them :S

I say, "Get out of here!" playfully all the time. I sometimes say it when I'm blushing. It's just a joke :)
