it depends. if a girl wore a sweater that covered her bits and leggings underneath, I think that is okay and cute. If a girl decided to step out of the house wearing a t-shirt and leggings, especially if I can see her underwear through the leggings I think that is a bit trashy.

If the shirt covers your ass, then it's fine. Otherwise, it's kinda slutty, but it depends on how thick they are. Because apparently yoga pants are okay but normal leggings as pants are not. So there is a line in between there somewhere. I'm just not sure when you cross it.

it really depends, leggings from black milk I think are okay because they are just like tightly fitted pants with intricate designs and really bold where it can stand on it's own. Leggings has come a very long way from a fashion don't to a fashion yes.

With a long shirt, it's nice. I had a girl in my chemistry class who once wore black leggings and just a normal length blouse with some boots and you could see her thong through the leggings when ever she would get up, and I'm not talking panty lines, I mean like you could see the whole thong with her ass, and I was all the way in the back of the room lol. I was kind of embarrassed cause my friend had noticed too

They look very trashy, unless you're wearing a long top that covers your booty completely. I only wear leggings with super long oversized jumpers and shirts that almost reach my knees
