Absolutely not- hotel sheets are notoriously gross. I know they say they change them and most places probably do, but studies show, a lot of things fall through the cracks when it comes to cleaning systems. I'd much rather wear clothes to bed than contract some weird rash or virus or even lose sleep worrying about what I might catch.
When I travelled for 2 months, I was in love with my hostel sheet and travel blanket (basically it's a sheet sewn together like a sleeping bag and I put my travel blanket inside it). I might not have been able to wash it as often as I'd have liked (about once every week to week and a half), but at least I knew all the dirt inside of it was mine...
And of course, there's always the fear someone might just walk in- there are always other keys to hotel rooms.

Yes no problem. I don't waste my time worrying about things out of my control. Firstly I check out every hotel on tripadvisor first and only stay somewhere decent. Secondly I worked in hotels and know the sheets are changed after every guest, they are boiled washed and any which are beyond cleaning are destroyed.
I would never sleep nude. I would be afraid of someone coming in. But I don't think there's anything to worry about as far as cleanliness goes. It's not like they don't change the sheets between guests.
I don't sleep in hotels where I have to wonder if they are clean or not. Check out yelp.com and other reviews websites well before you book a registration. Your health is too important to play around with dumpy motels.
I sleep in a HazMat suit. Bed bug city.

There's a big difference between a road-side Motel 6 or Best Value Inn and a REAL hotel... LOL.
I have no problem being naked in a hotel room. I lock my door, so it would have to be broken down in order to get in, and, well, then they have to deal with me. I'm easy going and have a slow-burning fuse most of the time, but I can be quite dangerous if the situation requires it. Even if I'm naked...Depends on the nature of the hotel I'm staying in.
Many hotels waste a lot of water and energy getting sheets nice and clean along with the towels.
Some lower end hotels are riddle with lice that are easy to pick up and transport around. It's becoming a huge issue in some cities and wearing PJs will only help spread the problem.
When I was intoxicated with my so I could careless about being naked between the sheets.
I usually try to put my bottoms or underwear on though.Whenever is stay in a motel room, I won't even get into a bed until I've urinated on it.
Well I only stay at hotels that I know are clean, trustable and very nice rooms etc. I mean, a hotel with a good reputation is a hotel I'd trust so... :) So yes I would be OK with sleeping nude in a hotel bed.
I would never sleep nude in a hotel. I'd be paranoid of how clean the sheets and mattress are, as well as a staff member coming into my room.
I always sleep naked (in hotel room, tent, friends home, etc.). No problem for me
Been there, done that.
In a hotel the sheets are changed more often than at your home.Sure. If the bedding is dirty you should get out of there.
