Walking a girl to the Parking Lot?

I had a night class tonight, when it ended, a girl asked me to walk her to the parking lot. May this mean something? Or was she just looking for someone to escort her? Generally, Girls tend to be scared of me, so this really threw me off.

I think the girl did like me, but I messed it up. I was in class early and she was the second person to walk in. She smiled at me ear to ear for a solid minute the we spoke for a bit. he said " I don't want to sit in the front row today." and began walking around slowly. (I was in the back...alone.) I, for once, caught the hint, but was to nervous to act upon it...

I mean.. if the girl was really scared... and she had no mutual feelings for you.. that is possible.. but at the same time maybe when she was walking with you she may of been happy and been llike "oh my yay a guy is walking me to my car I kinda like himj" or she could of just been like "thanks stranger for the help" it honestly depends.. but if a girl is going out of her way to ask you to be her escort.. this COULD definitely mean something.. it could mean she was flirting or pretending to be like the damsel in distress

and even if there's the possibility if it not meaning anything one day during class.. or whenever she sees you in the halls.. and she sees you and thinks you look good.. she could be like "hmmm that's the sweet guy who walked me to my car that one day.. I kinda think he's cute" and you'll stand out because of the nice manly gentleman act you did.. so either way you win lol

it could or could not mean something but like I said it may make you stand out to her but I can't guarantee you anything but good luck :D and its very rare for a girl to ask a guy to walk her to her car.. I actually would not ask a guy to walk me to my car if I feared he would start liking me or get the impression of me liking him.. if I found no attraction unless he was a cop and I was really scared

Anyways... What is she was kind of rambling on talking to herself. It seemed almost nervously.

Sort of depends- are you guys friends, acquaintences, just classmates? Do you guys flirt? Did she prolong the walk to her car or the conversation after you got to the car?

The thing is- she might genuinely have felt a little skittish and wanted someone to walk her, felt safe around you and asked you. Even if this is the case, still a good sign because she obviously feels she can trust you, so if you're interested, you have a chance.

If you guys flirt all the time or some of the time and she prolonged the conversation once you got to the car, it's a good indicator she's interested.

If you're friends, well this sort of depends on the girl's personality- me, I might be a little uneasy about walking alone, but I pride myself on being independent so I'll rarely admit it and I'd never ask for an escort no matter how much I wanted one. Other girls- not shy at all about asking, just depends.

I'd say, if you're interested, make it a habit, walk with her every time after night class, talk some and see if she's receptive.

We never met. It was the first class the other day. Looking back she barley seemed to look at me, but kinda talked nervously, I don't know. Maybe she noticed me before, but I don't really recognize her. I should, but never act on these situations. I have to face her and her friends the rest of the semester. So it would be weird.

I don't know. I mean I've asked guys that seemes OK to do this for no other reason than safety. Would it mean anything if you just randomly walked her to her car? Probably not. Well at least that's what it was like for me once. Had this guy walk me to my car every class for a whole semester. So I asked him if he wanted to hang and he never responded to my text. Happened to be in the same class next semester so I waved. He actually dropped the class. It was very awkward running into him as I went to the class I was in as he exited the one before after that.

To be honest, it could mean something, but it also couldn't. There's no way of telling based on the provided information. At night, it's pretty safe to say a girl would want an escort to help her feel safe. However, she could even also want the time with you... I have no clue.

Yeah, most girls will look at me and turn away real quick. Or every go across the street or sidewalk if we are crossing path. Or look down and kind of glance at me out of the corner of their eyes and walk past me real fast.

If I'm walking down the street alone with no one around and I cross paths with a guy I'll be nervous regardless of how he looks. I guess if he's slightly intimidating it would make it worse. And if he's feminine looking I prob wouldn't think twice about it.

She was probably just looking for someone she could trust to walk with. I used to have to catch the bus at 6am for school and I asked this guy who lived around the corner and took the same bus to meet me in my driveway and walk to the bus with me in the mornings when it was still dark.

You never really know with girls. It might have meant something significant with her, but then again she might have just might have wanted someone to escort her or talk to her a little while longer. Either way, she feels comfortable around you and that's a good thing.

well she at least trusted you enough to walk her, for women trust is essential. so even if you tend to scare other girls off you don't scare her at all so don't get all weird about it or anything but offer to walk her again and see if she happily takes you up on it and after a few walks and it becomes something you guys 'always' do see if she'd like to go get some dinner or coffee afterward or meet before class one day.

No touching, it's the first day of class and never spoke to her before. She just said thank you when we got to her car and have a good night, and we talked a bit, not really a convo.

Half my classes are night time and its nice to have a guy walk me to my car. The most important thing is she trusts you. She feels comfortable and safe with you. It could also be her excuse to walk with you wink wink. (:

My mom told me she would do this when she was getting off work late at night. She was attacked before so she is extra cautious. It is possible she likes you or maybe she just sees you as a trustworthy friend.
