Girl across the road?

Girl across the road, moved in and I noticed that she keeps looking at me every time I go out or when she drives passed. She was running one day and I was walking my dogs and she hit the breaks and was asking me about going on walks together and shooter around. Strange as I don't even know her but she has such confidence. But she keeps on looking. Weather is her being friendly or she fancies me or really likes my dogs. And sometimes I don't have my dogs with me.

What's your thoughts? I'll add more info when asked questions.

I'd say she's interested. It won't hurt to take a walk with her and find out. She's already given the invite.

But she has a partner lol its a weird one tbh but she keeps looking at me. She was jogging once when I was on the phone 100 yards away and she stopped twice to take a breather and was looking over when out in the field with my dogs

That would've been pertinent info in the original post. It doesn't mean she isn't interested. Who knows what kind of relationship they have. If you want to risk opening that can of worms. It's all up to you.
