First of all, if you think of yourself as ugly, that's an ugly trait in itself, so get rid of that mindset.

Second, you need to focus on getting more friends to build your confidence, not girls. In time your confidence will get you girls.

Third, it's unattractive for a guy to have 'getting a girlfriend' as his number one priority. You need to look happy with yourself and your life, then you'll attract more girls. This can be done by following my second statement.

you need to step out of your comfort zone to gain new friends. You're not going to get any sitting at home. If you have an interest, join a club for it, then you're more likely to gain friends that you'll like.

i have been there I know what you feel. I know with depression this would be sorta impossible but you need to be confident. I know with depression being social is tiring. I have low self-esteem myself I just don't want to believe the compliments people give me...but that's a long story. anyways, try getting a wingman, a guy you trust to help you out.

The point I was making was that PUA tactics don't make you any more attractive and therefore won't solve his problem of being rejected for being ugly.

The point you were making is lost as you were only focused on being attractive to highly attractive gals. PUA has made many guys I know more attractive and/or appealing to gals and have solved their problems of being rejected for being ugly because they're using manipulative tactics.

Stop focusing on looks. It's highly doubtful you're as ugly or repulsive as you think you are. Focus on the things you can change. Stay in shape. Be respectful and kind. Have goals in life.

Most of all, you can't get a girlfriend if you don't put yourself out there. Don't act like attractiveness is just automatically going to get you a girlfriend.

Don't be too picky in women. You can always become more attractive by working out. Find someone you know to work out with and if you can't then get a trainer. If you stick to it and be dedicated then you'll definitely have girls finding you attractive.

Keep working out and keep approaching girls you don't find attractive. Wait, that's actually a bad idea. You have to be attracted to the girl who you approach. Your standards just shouldn't be too high to consider a girl attractive. Try being more outgoing and funny. Wear nice clothes and buy yourself a nice cologne you like the most, even if it's really expensive.

11 months is good. Take protein and stay dedicated. Right now you're worried about getting a girlfriend but if you keep on working out with true dedication then by the age of 30 you'll be the type of guy every girl would drop their panties for haha. 30 would be the new 20 for you.

Just stay confident and keep on approaching women who you find attractive with the thought at the back of your mind that "you have nothing to lose" because you really don't. Keep that in mind and at the same time you're continuously going to the gym so every year you're just going to get more attractive for girls. 11 months is good but still isn't that long. Wait for like another 2 or 3 years and then you'll see quite a few girls who would be into you. Till then, work on your personality.

If you are genuinely ugly, as in repulsive, I would suggest plastic surgery to fix your cranofacial deformities. If you are just not good looking then I would suggest just not being too picky about who you date and meeting as many women as possible.
