We work together. He has been to my house once. I like him alot. I always call him which is about 3 times. My phone called him by error twice. when I call he does talk to me. last time I called he talked to me for a short while and had a family issue going on. During conversations he will say "you are so sweet-i mean it" he has called me boo once. does he like me or is he just talking. he has not asked me out. He has told me that he liked me. but hasn't asked me out nor has he called me. the last time I spoke to him was over the weekend he said I will call you later. Later is here and he hasn't called! Is he just being friendly, has he lost interest, or what?

IF he's not a cheater and it was some real family thing - mom, sis, his kid, etc., then you have a slow closer on your hands. He won't make the move, he'll wait for you to say, "So, when are you going to ask me out?"
