Guy squinting at me?

There's this guy who often squints at me and half-smiles/smirks when he sees me - sometimes it's to make me laugh but it seems that when he's laughing with me in general he also does it (but with a bigger smile), maybe unconsciously. I've heard it means he thinks I'm hot or wants me - ? Am I wrong? By the way, he only does it to me.

Well it depends, does he have large forarms with a boat anchor tattoo on one, smokes a pip, and wears a sailor outfit? With the squinting it could be Popeye, if not he likly likes you.

A little more context such as who is he, and where does he squimt at you. And apso how long has this been hgoing on for?

He's my crush and he's only been doing this in the last few weeks. Once he saw me and smiled happily and then caught himself and gave me this "evil grin" look where he kind of looks up at me and squints and half-smiles/smirks at me. Now he does it whenever he sees me to get my attention - and when I see him he'll keep doing it and then start laughing and joking. Either that or he'll just look directly into my eyes in general.he has a very steady warm stare and sometimes I have to look away.

Ok but I still need to know where he squints at you and how you know him. As in where did you meet and how do you keep meeting. The way you've framed the question makes it too vague to tell exactly what's going on.
