I've seen him do it twice today. I don't know if it means anything or not?

We flirted a lot in the past, shared some pretty intense eye contact but Neither of us made a move. I like him but can't quite muster up the nerve to make eye contact with him so it's likely that he thinks I'm not interested because I'm avoiding his eyes.

There are other ways to make him know that you're interested if you want him to think that. Eg. Play with your hair. Bite or lick your lips, this will tell him that you like him. If you you start This kinda behaviour in his presence. Even if you are not looking at him.

And we men can sense when a girl, who is going through a normal routine, suddenly start acting cute (behaviour that I previously mentioned) when her dreamboy is near her. And you don't have to make intense eye contact. Just glance at him for a millisecond and exhibit attraction behaviour.

i was too, but they didn't have anything in the rules that co-workers werent allowed to date, so flirting was not prohibited, as long as work doesn't suffer.
