What would girls think about a guy wearing running tights in a store?

I had to do a few errands in Target yesterday and I thought it would be quicker to just complete them after my jogging routine. My jogging atire consists of black Under Armour running tights, cold gear compression shirt, no show socks and athletic trainers. I'm the type of guy who doesn't wear shorts over tights or baggy sweats. I'm confident with my body as I am a former track & field athlete. I know I got some looks from both male shoppers and females ones and some giggles from girls passing by as my butt was probably exposed in running tights (I see why girls love wearing yoga leggings lol). I am not bi-sexual nor gay. I know there are mixed reactions on this subject, any thoughts?

I love those things. I love them even more because it shows that the guy isn't embarrassed about "compromising" his manliness. He feels secure enough about his "straightness" to wear those in public and not give a single f***. That's a turn on, and so is the sight of those nice calves male runners usually have. Props to you, keep on not giving a f***, it's the right thing to do!

“Straightness”? Most guys now a days wear spandex compression leggings/shorts for working out.

My thought? "I bet that guy just got done running"

But I'm also a former swimmer and don't even blink an eye when people are wandering around in speedos...

The only thing I've ever questioned that is athletic attire related is the biking shorts that have the cushioning in the butt area because it just looks ridiculous.

I like to run in thin lightweight short shorts. But I would feel uncomfortable going to the store in them. I'm pretty sure everyone at the track thinks I'm gay.

I do that all the time, really I don't think twice about it.
I don't even wear shorts , over them, not do I bother changing clothes.

Example: if I am going to or coming from gym, rather than change clothes, I'll just wear my gym clothes.

WooHoo thanks for the compliment! I'd like to see the ladies at my Target shop in their running tights more often than I shop in mine...I think something needs to change.

dude just dont. wear he thinnest smallest shorts lightest short with your leggings. without...just don't dude. there could be children around.

I've seen this situation happen b4 to other male runner after seeing a hot lad walk past them but I wear the proper undergarments so my junk looks more flat.
