I haven't been wearing one very much lately. I recently read a Medical study that said wearing a bra can actually cause the breasts to sag, and that not wearing one can actually strengthen the muscles around the breast and make them more firm. Since I'm very firm anyway, I thought I'd give it a shot, so far so good, lol.

my boobs are small but its too damn perky all the time so I need one

but I hate it with a passion. I want it to breathe and I hate fixing straps! the straps/bands would dig into my ribs when I lay down or lean back somewhere.

so my solution is to wear graphic tees to sleepovers and stuff :(

Why not go strapless? I understand it's riskier but at least you wouldn't have to deal with straps

I hate wearing bras. So much so that I limit how many hours I am outside the house so that I can take them off when I go home. Unless I'm going to church or meeting with recurring friends I will usually leave the house without one. This is why I wear baggy clothes.

I love wearing the ones with the spaghetti straps at the top and then like a tank top at the bottom, they are just so comfortable for me, I don't like the feeling of hanging out when it comes to my chest
