Why are Puerto Rican women so crazy?

I've never been one to generalize much, nor have I ever dated a Peurto Rican to the degree of it being a serious relationship, but I've heard nothing but negative things. I'd like to list a few to what I've heard, but from listening to guys, and even females speak about Peurto Rican women. I've only heard one compliment upon well over a hundred complaints. Is there a reasoning to this?
