Yea I was winning.. I texted her because this crap is childish. She responded say she sent me a text but I never responded. I said I didn't get it and changed the topic. Later that day I ask if she want to come with me to eat. She agreed.. She Said " I guess so"... lol so when it comes time to get ready I called her she doesn't answer. 90 min later she text me saying she just got off work it's like 9:30 now. I tell her we can go out another time and age said " I'm sorry :-( " I respond back :)

She probably just wasn't sure if you felt the same way about her, or if you took it the right way when she said she was thinking about you, and didn't know if you wanted her to call. I was going to say I thought you should have responded, but I thought it might turn out alright. But DON'T delete her number if you don't hear from here, just text her and say something simple, like maybe you were thinking about her or just something to let her know you acknowledged her text and thought she was going to call. I HIGHLY doubt she was just trying to get your attention or trying to "play with you."

she likes you. That is the classic text book way a girl tells a guy she likes him and wants him to take the next step. I.E ask her out if you have not already done so.
