If a girl says she's been thinking about you lately what does that mean?

I have talked or seen this girl in over a year, I had told her I liked her a while ago but she wasn't looking for a relationship then. I messages her on FB recently and she said she was glad I messages her because she been thinking about me lately... but she's also moving across the country in a week lol so what does that mean?

I would think it means she's grown interest in me but now she's moving across the country, I'm thinking of visiting her before she does though

It depends, were or are you close friends? If not she might have grown to like you... or she might have had bad relationship since then. Some times when we go through a lot in relationships, we tend to look back at the guy that have asked us out, that we turned down. If so now she is wondering what could have been and told you to feel you out. :)

Not super close, we've always lived a little far from each other but we stay in touch and keep each other up to date on our lives, I think I wanna visit her one last time before she leaves, just because :)

She may have just been thinking about you, or could have feelings for you. Either way, she's fond of you, whether it's as a friend or more, only she knows.
I've said this to people before, but nobody I was interested in. I really hope they didn't think I was now lol.

she has grown feelings for you and you should probs meet up with her, but that could also lead to more pain when she leaves.
