Can I sit on her lap

I am a guy..in my work department along with me there are two more girls..today there were not much chairs...I had no chair to sit..one of my colleagues asked if I would like to sit in her lap..I felt shy and refused.. may be she thought I don't like it but actually I like sitting on the lap..what shall I do ?

uh you don't sit on a woman's lap at work. this just blurs so many lines and creates a ton of issues.

people's impression of you will change. they may wonder about a guy who sits on women's laps (his maturity, mommy issues, office romantic daliancees, etc).

i just wouldn't do it. she may have been joking or not, but from my perspective (and maybe it's just the office I work in) if a woman asked me to sit on her lap I would feel awkward and if others heard the comment I would be a bit embarassed

if it's OK with the rules of the company or an you won't get any unwanted attention from a boss do it it sounds fun :D but let them sit on your lap. it's mainly because men are heavier than women and girls can't keep a guy in her lap for long comfortably

I also told once to one of my guy friends if he wanted to sit on my lap, but it was a joke.

In my situation he wanted to sit near my friend because he wanted to talk to her. But my friend told me: Please don't go and don't leave me near him. So I told him: Sorry but you don't have where to sit, only if you are willing to sit on my lap. I didn't expect him to do it and I could imagine him doing it.

she's only joking. Girls normally don't ask guys to sit on their laps. If I do ask a guy whether he wants to sit on my lap or not, I'm only joking. If he does try to actually sit on my lap, I'd push him away. But all in good humor.

I don't think women likes to have men on their laps. Just if it is a joke.. Maybe she wants you to put her on your lap. .

Next time when you are in the same situation, ask her to come sit on your lap. Just be chill and cool when saying it, most likely she will do it.

You're not children. This is work. There is no sitting on laps.
