i think butthead is funnier, though beavis is probably a better person.

the way I see it is that beavis just goes along with what butthead does and has shown himself to be normal and decent when not under buttheads influence.

I agree, if you look in the majority of the episodes it's usually Beavis getting the short end of the stick. Although the episode where Butthead was choking on the chicken nugget was hilarious.

i can theorize had beavis had a better influence, he would've been a likeable person with friends. for example, when they both go pick up women. butthead says something like "hey baby, can I see your thingies", whereas beavis just says "um, hey, uh hows it going"
