I’m talking about the type of girl that gets bothered easily by other people and starts insulting, yelling and picking a fight.

My ex boyfriend had a bad break up months ago
He tried to get back together but I refused
And he got angry and blocked me on everything

Today he added me back on social media
And messaged me saying:
- he's sorry
- he's just angry because i moved on so quick and he couldnt
- he knows we can't be together anymore and he doesn't want to
- he wants to be civil and mature
- he's doing his own thing
- he doesn't want to interfere with my life
- he doesn't need or want anyone
- he recognizes I've always been there for him
- he wants to move on
- he wants to have each other on social media

Why would he want to have each other on social media if he wants to move on?
Why would he add me again?
It doesn't make sense

Me and my former partner had a massive bad break up 6 months ago
This week he's been sending me love messages to get see me and get back together
But then I said no and he started sending me rude messages

He keeps calling me b*tch, sl*t, h*e.. etc
Keeps saying I left him for another guy (which is not true)
Blah blah...
He keeps blocking and then unblocking when he wants to say something

Then today (a week later) he tried to add me on social media

I replied “i dont understand u…”
Then he replied “i dont either but thanks for accepting my add”

Why would he want to have each other on social media if he wants to move on?
Why would he add me again?
It doesn't make sense

It's oddly calming to me because it reminds me that nothing really matters. But is it healthy or unhealthy?

I think everyone is a little bit "broken" in some way or another, and definitely some more than others.
I think in my own experience I've not only seemed to attract broken men into my life, but it almost seems like I sought them out, on an unconscious level.. Like I want to try and "fix" them, or like I can help them, whilst they supposedly help me?

But this isn't always the case, this can be a recipe for disaster.. 💯
You can help one another along, thinking because you're both hurting or that you're in similar, yet different predicaments that you're able to sympathise and hold each other close.. but if you're not healing yourself, or have gotten enough support for your own issues first.. Then how are you meant to support someone else to the best of your ability? 🤔

Like wise, when it comes to healthy relationships, does this mean that you are able to rely on this person when something DOES eventually go wrong, not knowing what to expect because you were in a good head space to begin with? 🤔

my boyfriend of four years isn’t the most affectionate loving type. He tries to be for me since he knows I like lots of love. I asked if he thinks about me all the time and he said not all the time since I’m busy at work (he does solar install on the roof) but he said I do think about you in the morning and after so everyday. He said I gotta focus on work and not die babe but I think about you when I’m not working. It hurt my feelings that he said that like oh work is more important or that thinking about me is less important since he said i focus on not falling off the roof or whatever like being a jerk ya know. You guys think this is mean?

My last question on the correct alignment of chips in a chip sandwich seemed to upset a few people. Therefore I can't resist asking, Have you ever bought a chip butty from a chip shop?

A chip butty is a large buttered soft bun filled with chips.

If you dated your partner let's say a minimum 6 months, and you finally said, "I love you," to them but they didn't say it back, how long would you then wait for them to say "I love you" back to you before you decide it's not worth it if they don't feel the same way?

I got into an intense conversation about world foods. A group of English people were visiting America and making comments about how the food was better here than in England in a video.

I told this person I was talking to that I believe every country has good cuisine, and great dishes, but that I didn't think that English food is or was universally considered to be one of or the best in the world. So what do you think?
