I only get to see my whole family one day out of the holidays since everyone does their own thing on the other days. I've been with my partner for a year now and they want to split it between both families but the thing is both of them are happening at the same time. I told them that when were engaged or further along in the relationship that's when we can start splitting that day with both of our families. Is that unreasonable?

He’s my married neighbor (totally not my type and too old and washed up) he offered me to go with him to the park so our toddlers could play, I never did. He also makes a lot of noise in his apartment on purpose once I started ignoring him. I called the police and property manager on him.

So I have a profile. My photos are not revealing, not at pubs, etc. They show me doing a variety of decent things, etc. Like playing fetch with my German Shepherd dog

And yet the majority of men who contact me are obviously more after sex than they are after establishing a relationship. It's their rushing/push to meet, something they say, or something else that raises a red flag and when you follow up on that cue makes them unappealing.

Like for example this one guy. He asked me if I preferred to take things slow or "jump right into it". I responded slow... he responds with "you have to let me take you out to lunch Saturday". This was on Friday, we'd talked for a meager 1 day on the site.

I've even had men in entirely different states or provinces message me - I'm on the east coast of Canada & had people from British Columbia, Texas & Florida to name some - asking if I visit the area anytime. There's no pursuit to be a "penpal", and develop a rapport, just feeling out - by the way it's wording every time - if be interested in a hookup & go home.

According to local news (screenshot) the government is giving schools permission to cancel lessons so kids can experience a once in a life time opportunity to watch Wales play in the world cup. The wales v Iran match is the only one to occur during school hours.

Do you think it's acceptable to cancel school to watch a football match? Does this happen where you live?

English doesn't have a gender system. You don't have to worry whether a chair is male or female it's just a chair. But in French it's female, in German it's male.

So if you've learnt a second language how easy did you pick up the issue of gender?

Things ranging from them not making eye contact with you when you pass each other in the hall, to them not remembering interactions you had together in the past, or not initiating contact with you, all of which imply that you don't matter much to them. Does this make you angry yet still crushing on them, or does it help you to get over them? Or do you not resent things about your crush?

I'm thinking of ways to make a guy like me, or at least be interested in me, and I remember guys would use this specific technique on me in the past and I felt an almost instant attraction, in a weird way.

So would going up to a guy that I like and telling him something random like "I'm going to marry you one day" (was said to me before) and then kinda walking away, would he be intrigued by that? Would he be interested and perplexed?

Someone said that to me in the past and I was kind of dumbfounded but at the same time impressed with his confidence and felt kind of drawn to him. Let me know if this trick will work on guys.

i feel like a loser , no guy drooling to marry me or wanting be my boyfriend meet my parents, or excited spend chritmas with our family, no guy planning move in together. 😞 I feel empty in life as this is my dream. More than 3,000 big heavy private jets just flew around the world to bring the important people to the conference for pollution and fuel shortage etc etc

Are we not lucky that these important people have took the time to fly in their big heavy jets and go to talk about the pollution and stuff like co2 and stuff?
