I have multiple stomach tattoos and a lot of art based ones. I have a “X” shape as two pencils and it says “Create” under/the sides of my belly button. Would you say it’s cringe or a pretty cool tattoo? What would be your opinion?

I am tall and in good shape, 15% body fat and lean, good BMI. My blood pressure is around normal not hypertensive. I can do strenous activity, hold my breath for 1.5 mins. No medical conditions, or medications taken. No allergies.

I ask mainly because I had some unhealthy habits.

From 19-21 I vaped, then until 27 I either vaped or smoked.

Mostly vaped. But there were heavy periods of chain vaping finishing a vape a day or smoking a pack a day, I did take breaks in the middle though. With vaping I did get shortness of breath and a tight chest but went away shortly after quitting for good. There were also times where I used to drink heavily.

At 27 I quit everything. Best thing I ever did.
Now it’s just a life of self improvement and growth.

I did have breaks in the middle. I either did one or the other, there were periods where I smoked a pack a day, or chain vaped a vape, finishing one a day.

I quit forever now. There were times I got shortness of breath but it just goes away after quitting and I feel really good right now. Blood pressure, weight, bmi all good.
I can even hold my breath for 1.5 minutes if I’m calm.

I’m just trying to make healthy choices and grow. Do you think I have shortened my life in anyway?

I’ve had my fun that’s how I view it, now enough is enough.

Girls and guys, not sure if this is popular elsewhere in the world but in bigger cities like LA and NY a lot of my friends tell me it’s quite common due to all the traffic. I’ve been driving like this for almost 4 years now and it feels like second nature. Haven’t had a problem going back to a stick, but I feel more comfortable and safer using both feet in an auto. Any others do the same?

Most guys me age are single. Girls make their own money, they don’t really want us. They are independent and view rubbish like travelling as more important than getting married and having kids.

Women self fund their lifestyles, have friends and travel, so for a guy to make their life so much better he has to do a lot of tap dances. He has to be incredibly nice to her, or like so handsome or so rich.

Who would have thought, women earning their own money would make most men like redundant to them.

A lot of women just can’t even make good choices for themselves, that’s why we have the patriarchy. Why men used to pick partners for their daughter. You give women a bit of freedom and will your family propagate still.

Trump is talking about Nuking Iran again. Will he? If he did would Russia Nuke Ukraine or could they? What happens then?
