I have vaped and smoked for 9 years and quit at 27.
I did have breaks in the middle. I either did one or the other, there were periods where I smoked a pack a day, or chain vaped a vape, finishing one a day.
I quit forever now. There were times I got shortness of breath but it just goes away after quitting and I feel really good right now. Blood pressure, weight, bmi all good.
I can even hold my breath for 1.5 minutes if I’m calm.
I’m just trying to make healthy choices and grow. Do you think I have shortened my life in anyway?
I’ve had my fun that’s how I view it, now enough is enough.

Congratulations on quitting. You are healthy now and have normal life expectancy. There's no telling if you have sowed the seeds of future disease, most likely future lung cancer. You can search for the answer as easily as any of us can.
You have caused semi-permanent damage. It will take 15 years to - mostly - recede.
I bet your sperm quality is shit
Very good actually.
Also all like 95% of your eggs are gone by the way at you age haha.
Smokers have destroyed balls
Chatgpt and studies don’t agree with me quitting young and having a relatively short history.
In fact it was saying former smokers after 6-12 months have the same fertility.
Also my smoking was like 25% of my history it’s mostly vaping
likely
Do you think I am not very healthy then?
