I regularly buy newspapers when I go shopping for my groceries, but I've noticed fewer papers are being sold and they're more expensive.

I do subscribe to a cycling magazine, but I don't have the time to read more than one magazine.

Do you buy newspapers and magazines?

Are they too expensive, or do you not have the time to read them, or are they old technology and you have found a better way to read the news?

I didn't. I can't take the lies anymore and same stories over and over.

It is amazing how people think Republicans are the economy masters.

On any article or video the golden starting point for any advice for aging people seems to be 40.

So what do you reckon?

At 40, do I have one foot in the grave?

Personally, I feel fitter and healthier in my 40s than I did in my 20s. I think I'm pretty cool and youthful looking, also. Most of the frequent seasonal illnesses don't happen any more. All of my little bodily niggles have pretty much melted away.

I still have 11% body fat.

Or our standards for aging so low, as we don't know how to age in the West without falling apart by the age of 30?

& other preexisting health conditions. Was listening to some black women preach about how systematic racism within the healthcare system is causing black women to die at higher rates than White women. Then I looked into it and yes its entirely true but then I looked into the causes and there's a direct correlation between the rates of black women dying in during or post pregnancy and underlying health conditions as black women have significantly higher rates of obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, heart disease, hypertension, STDS all of which cause dangerous problems during and post pregnancy.

So in conclusion the higher death rate related to pregnancy is not due to systemic racism or racism among health care professionals. No the problem is self inflicted by black women and poor lifestyle choices. Black are going to have to accept responsibility for the problem.
