Since the whole fallout of the tech industry and with coding dead, I have lost passion in software engineering.

I am on SSDI, but sometimes I yearn to do something important, even if part time. It beats doing some low level job for idiots.

I used to be an Advanced EMT. I lost my EMT license nearly 10 years ago due to a stalking and harassment conviction. Then, there was the whole "pedo" sting thing. Now at 31 and newly married, I am lost on what to do.

What Summer activity you like best?

If a girl had a short but serious relationship, will she think of that guy occasionally years later. Like curiosity.

I think it is a great way to find the real from the fake. See if the girl actually loves you for you and not what you provide.

Bill Maher argued that the Democratic Socialists of America are advancing a communist agenda, saying the evidence can be found in the organization’s own language and statements by DSA-aligned figures. In the monologue shared in the linked X post, he compared DSA program language about working according to ability and need with Karl Marx, cited calls to seize property and the means of production, referenced Cea Weaver’s “elect more communists” post, and pointed to the Marxist Unity Group’s stated goal of a fully liberated classless society.

Democratic socialism and communism are distinct political traditions, but Maher’s argument is that these statements reveal substantial ideological overlap and show that parts of the DSA movement are moving beyond ordinary social-democratic reform. Is he right that the DSA is advancing a communist agenda?

I am 31, married, and a NEET

Not in Education, Employment, or Training. I collect SSDI benefits.

My NEET status may change here soon as I get a small part time job to supplement my SSDI benefits. As long as I remain below the Substantial Gainful Activity (SGA) amount, I should be fine. But I am concerned as to how long I can keep it, seeing that I have held 25 jobs and never been able to hold down employment for at least a year or longer.

With tenderness all or some of these characteristics.

Interacting with "gentleness, deep compassion, and affection. a soft, kind, and loving approach or comforting. A soft touch to avoid causing pain or distress. Emotional Warmth: Showing love, empathy, and kindness." How many or around what rate?

Swearing meaning not just crude language but any verbal exclamations used to externalize pain.

My wife gets upset if I inadvertently walk in or her while she is changing, taking a shower or on the toilet.

She occasionally does that to me, and I don't react at all.

We've seen each other naked many times, been intimate with each other.

So what is it?

A new CNN poll conducted by SSRS found that about one-third of Democrats and Democratic-leaning adults now identify as democratic socialists.

The poll also found that, among Democratic-aligned adults who do not personally identify as democratic socialists, 64% would be at least OK with the Democratic Party nominating one. Democratic-socialist candidates have also recently won several Democratic congressional nominations.

Do these results suggest that democratic socialism is becoming dangerously influential within the Democratic Party, or is its growing popularity not a serious concern?
