That is 100% communism. They want to seize property, and means of production.
They want the government to control everything
They want to get rid of the senate and the president. They want something like Congress to make all the decisions. Trust me it’ll be full of DSA people. Abolish ICE, the police, jails and the borders.
Let’s get back to 1 party control. DSA will control everything. You’ll get what they give you. Free healthcare - it won’t be very good because of the open borders, everyone in the world will come here just for that. Guaranteed living wage. What does that even mean? That means you don’t have to work and you get what others get. Why work? (Always an issue with communism).
Anyone who thinks this is a good idea knows zero about history and zero about communism.

You’re conflating Marxism with communism. Communism works. There are dozens of functioning communes in the US, and hundreds around the world. Some of them have been functioning for centuries. Communism works on a small scale. Marxism suggests that communism can be applied to larger scale societies. We’ve seen it fail repeatedly.
To be absolutely fair, the exact same thing that cripples large scale communism is crippling large scale capitalism. It’s greed. When you have any kind of hierarchy, the people in power always demand more power and more wealth. There has never been a single exception in all of human history.
Maher himself answers your question perfectly clearly. The DSA is literally quoting Marx’s communist manifesto. There is NO question that is exactly what they want for the future of western civilization, and everyone who continues to vote democrat is complicit in that takeover.
