In case you've been living in a hole for the past few days, there was a major worldwide interruption to many computer systems (airlines, banks, government offices) on Friday 19 June 2024, caused by an incorrect update of Crowdstrike software. A fix was released in a few hours but recovery of all system can take days.

Ironically, Crowdstrike software is security software, designed to prevent major outages, yet itself caused one.

My wife and I know of two people who were affected by this. One had their flight canceled on Friday and was fortunate to book a later flight; the other's flight was canceled on Saturday, and they are still trying to book a flight. I've also noticed some websites didn't work on Friday; they seem to be okay today (Saturday).

If you could see from the exact same perspective as someone else, and see the exact interpretation of the data that the other person sees, then is the only reason that outcomes aren't identical and you still disagree because of spiritual influences?

After all, I'm 30 years old, and when I was 20 I was still carrying cash, still posting letters, while still enjoying an iPod touch and a iPad mini and a dumb phone. Nowadays and even since 2020 just before Covid, I use smartphones, I use debit cards, few letters and few actual cash.
It's a modern technology electronic invisible world. Lol. What is material object, lol deliberate broken English. Lol. Was it really only a matter of time, our reliance on tech now? Whether 2014 whether 2020 whether 2024 lol. (I was 20 in 2014). Lol.

Is the irony of this global technology outage that, in the southern hemisphere, here it's bitterly winter. In the northern hemisphere (and jealously some people on holidays/vacation from the south up there enjoying summer Europe summer America's) lol - this global tech outage has kind of irony to it ; people's plans ruined again by, not Covid this time, yet by technology. Lol. Is that, irony? After all, I've been working, just like the rest of you, not out enjoying European vacations or American summer bliss. Lol 🌞⛱️ irony? Ah well. Anyways, I'm back at work in a week.

My ex-girlfriend used to roam naked around her dogs. She even used to cuddle when she was naked.
