If you are finding that you are forgetting things more often, it is usually a sign of being overworked and/ or stressed. Maybe it is time to work on simplifying and de stressing your life, so that the important details don't get lost in the chaos.

A lot of times I can remember something a girl told me 2 years ago, but I'm afraid to mention it cause I don't want her to think I'm some kind of creep.
