I never claimed that all relationships are genuine. I was attacking the fetish stereotypes about Asian girls being submissive etc. Creepy people will fetishize anything, I can't count how many times I've heard guys talk about blond girls being more fun in bed... Like hair color has anything to do with it. My problem is where people use this whole 'yellow fever fetish' thing to reflect the pairing as a whole, that's not fair.

The vast majority of people, and I bet including yourself, aren't attracted to someone solely based on their personality. Looks always play a part, regardless of race. So what you're saying doesn't really make sense.
I'm only attracted to personality because for me someone who have a bad personality can't be attractive. They disgust me and i can't be attracted by them. I don't know for you but where I live I find people to be attractive.
There's a whole number of things that contribute to what I find attractive in a person, looks get my interest and personality keeps my interest. And I also find people to be attractive where I live, lol.

it doesn't matter because there is more than one study that supports this from several thousands of people whether it be from an online survey or a dating site etc.. THe majority of the time, the same results are given.
