Do you think one month dating anniversaries are important?

Do you think that one month is something special to acknowledge? I think that the little things in life matter but I don't want to make things awkward if he doesn't think its a big deal. I think that six months and a year are important milestones and every year after that but what is your opinion? Today is my one month anniversary with my boyfriend. Should I bring it up or should I just let him acknowledge it?

I personally don't get it when people celebrate EVERY month. I guess its nice to acknowledge it like "hey, we've been dating for a month now and so far I've had the best time of my life with u " - Doesn't mean you have to go all out and expect him to buy you flowers and a box of chocolates and please don't brag about it all over Facebook or w. e. social media sites you use. 6 months I guess isn't that bad but I think yearly anniversaries are a must! Sadly, I've never made it to a yearly anniversary so maybe that's why I'm like this :p o wells. Still young and hopeful!

Only if it's your first relationship in High School. I don't get why grown adults would make a big deal out of a month. A year is a milestone but nothing before.

id say they feel special but theire not actually important. i reckon the 6 month and 1 year marks are much more critical.

I think 1 year is the only that makes sense, because the relationship is more likely to last if you've gone 1 year.
1 to 6 months you're still getting to know them and finding out if you really like the person you know. So it's relatively unimportant, at least not enough to celebrate

No not at all, I think six months and year markings are important, but I didn't even know I was dating this girl for six months until she told me to get here something for our six month anniversary. Guy's are not good at keeping track of that kind of stuff.

I used to not care about them but I saw how important they were to girls so I acknowledge them. Please bare in mind that many guys won't you may have to bring it up.

If you two want to celebrate and things are going better and you like it , then you do not need an excuse to celebrate , sweetheart you can go crazy as you wish.

Do nothing special just acknowledge it verbally. One month is not a big deal. Wait till 6 months
