Is 3 month anniversary a big deal?

I am hitting 3 months with my BF... my past two relationships were only 3 and 3 and a half months long.

Is 3 month anniversary a milestone or not?

My bf used to be married now he is divorced... he said it's going to be our anniversary and he took me on dates this week but it's not acknowledged as "special" for our anniversary... we go out anyway.. is that weird?

It depends on how you look at it I personally think in the first year every month is a milestone, my boyfriend and I, while we can't always celebrate on the date, we find some time to call each other or see each other in person and just kinda say "happy 4 months babe". Not a huge ordeal but acknowledging it is important in my mind. For our 3 month we actually went out to a nice restaurant (which is out of the norm for us) and spent the evening together watching movies and cuddling (which is a pretty regular thing).

It isn't even close to being a milestone, but it can be an excuse to go out and do something special if the two of you are in the mood.
