I have been in my first relationship for 5 months now next week will be 6 should I get a gift for my spouse or it’s not that important to celebrate?

Its not a good idea to make dates special. at least as a guy, I wouldn't want to be. Its just pressure and work.

If you wanna do something nice, just do it randomly. Without any occasion.
