Why do women/girls on here tell me I'm not ugly but in person women/girls ignore me?

I'm getting sick and tied of reading crap from the females on here telling me I'm not ugly? But in real life when I'm out in public I get ignored, laughed at etc by women/girls. I'm also getting tied of getting called cute, handsome etc its a bunch of BS. They only tell me that so 1) I don't feel bad and 2) They don't want to look/come off as shallow. I'm old enough to hear the truth. If I'm ugly just say so enough of the bull crap. I also know I'm overweight that I don't need to hear. I just want the truth. And no just be confident crap either because when I am I still get ignored, laughed at etc.
