It's fine. It's when you got a 30 year old person hitting on a 15-16 year old that is the problem. When you're 24 she'll be 22. When you're 32 she'll be 30. It's good that you're taking in account that she's a minor but you're fine here. The age of consent laws are to protect kids from being abused by adults.
