--For example i was walking to class and he was on the other side of sidewalk, it was kind of leveled up and he saw me, he was about to cross the tree, and he backed up, leaned back and stared at me with no expression for three seconds and went on walking to his class. i saw this all from the corner of my eye..
--- if we ever pass by each other he looks at me from the corner of his eye also...

Probably because he thinks you're cute. He could be having second thought about you. He probably wants you to ask him again. I don't think you should - let him sweat a little. But I bet he wants to know that you still like him, and you're not too upset with him. I bet that's it - he thinks he should have said 'yes' to you. But now, he doesn't know how, or is too embarrassed to ask you out. It feels emasculating to a guy, to approach you, hat in hand - It feels exactly like dumping a girl, then coming crawling back to her. I know it doesn't look that way to you, you just want to know how he really feels and to give you a chance, but to him it still feels that way.

If if keeps gnawing at you, I think you should just give him an easy way out of his position - tell him like 'Just so you know, I do like you and still hope to go out with you one day. So if you ever want to take a chance, let me know. I'll be keeping my calender clear.'

If I was him, and you said that exact thing to me, I would agree to a date, just because you were sincere enough to tell me that. Guys love to know that they have options like that. Love it. Irresistible.

thanks for the advice :), so i noticed that before class started he and his friends were standing by the lockers, his brother was standing against the lockers and he was the only one with his back facing towards me.., i walked out of class and his brother was staring right at me.. and when i said good bye to my friend, i walked past them, and as i was crossing them, my friend and his brother turned their heads to look at me, and i even heard a whistle, maybe someone else did but i dont know... so any advice?

Hell, keep him interested. When one guy finds out another guy likes you, you will automatically seem sexier to him. A lot of chicks don't know this. Its instinctual. So it can only benefit you. Show some leg, take it slow when you pick something up, and hit him! Paw at his shoulder when you laugh, etc. Any excuse to put your hands on him, even if its 'ooooo, I like this shirt.'
