Sometimes girl needs a spanking for their bad behavior, lol?

Weird stuff happened at work sometimes, I did a girl favor at work and now she only comes to me when she needs something. We works together expect we have different shift, she walked in with a big smile, we had small talk and say thank you for the favor I did for her then proceeded to tell me that she wanted to switch shift with me, I asked her what I was getting in return if I gave her what she wanted, she said FRIENDSHIP, I laughed so hard and told her I wanted more than friendship because us being friends was meaningless. She got mad at me, decided to give me the silent treatment... Why do some women get offended or shocked when you don't want to be their friends?
