How can a person be filled with life and then be empty? where does it all go!?

depends on what you believe. i believe the body is just a vessel that carries the spirit. once the body has died, the spirit is returned to the air to be one with all the other spirits. when you feel the wind, you feel the spirits rushing through you, reminding you to live.

i think one of the most important things in life to do is to come to terms with life itself. what it means to you and what your beliefs are regarding it. find a religion that works for you, that makes sense to you; or create your own beliefs.

I agree with most of what you said. However religion only causes more confusion. It's best to be in tune with your spiritual side and look for ways that life it self is trying to connect with you on a spiritual level. That's how I see it any way. I like everything that you said though despite the religion part.

i understand your dislike for religion, but you can't throw them all under the bus. buddhism is a peaceful religion that isn't hard to understand and has simple and clear messages. stray from the religions that are organized, that's all I really have to say.
