I'm not jealous and of my closest friends, I don't think its a big deal at all. Slapping is whatever if it's a joke and isn't necissarily sexual like groping which is pretty invasive comparitively. I also know that none of my real friends would ever take anything farther than friendly behavior with my gf. And it's a demonstration of trust in your friends and your gf. If my friend's gf slapped my butt, I doubt anyone would be bothered and I'm not one for double standards or jealousy.

Depends on the exact circumstances but I'd be pissed off for sure. If he apologized to her and admitted he fucked up I'd probably let it pass, otherwise we'd have a big problem. If it happened again its lights out.
