Or if she's not wearing panties for some reason, say (again in a joking and sweet way) "whoa... for my eyes only!"

Both are complimentary and cutely protective. Again, from personal experience of my butt being out lol. But whatever you do, DEFINITELY tell her, and be sweet and fun about it.

Do nothing... If my crack is showing, I most likely know it already, and pointing it out would only embarrass me.

I don't make a habit of walking with my butt hanging out lol, but sometimes if I'm at work and I'm bending over to clean something yes my crack will be on display.
