Guys, do you sometimes say "I'm kinda seeing someone" to make her worries and suffers?

Because I didn't love him and I always refuse him when he ask me out. After 7 days he asked me out again (and I regused again), I asked him if he wants to go out, he replied "maybe next time, I'm kinda busy and kind of seeing somebody so who knows".

lol I kind of know that boy, so I feel immediately that he is playing tricks on me. Now to say it's just 7 days, but also I have that stong feeling. But when I refused him, I just broke up and couldn't forget about my ex, I didn't mean to make him suffer lol

Guys do you also think so? and do you also use this method, sometimes?

If he's playing tricks before he's playing tricks again. It depends on how long the relationship has been if it's under two months that's a big factor because it's under two months is most likely seeing someone else. Any more time than the he needs to make a choice.

Sometimes I feel we are too similar, the things he said to me, I also said the same things but to another guy, my ex. And when he told me he's kinda seeing another girl, I could immediately understand what is he doing.. :(
