He Said I'm Glowing?

what did he mean by saying im glowing? He walked in and said this to me and said you know what that means right to which i replied im getting fixed then he said to late for that im getting a vasectomy all the while he was smiling. We both have children i have 4 and He has 1. We both want more children but im just trying to figure out why he said this we've had the discussion we both agree finacially we are not as ready as we want to be but it odd to Say the least because i hint and he says he's not ready so is its compliment or does he think im prego.
