Freshman girl liking a sophomore guy. What to do?

Ok. So I'm a freshman this year. And I joined this club, an absolutely amazing club by the way. But I met him when we went to a club party (no drinking included). After the party, we started texting eachother. During our week of constant texting, I found out a lot about him, and I started falling for him. I really like him right now. But I really don't want to tho... I'm afraid to ruin our friendship, and I'm afraid of making a fool out of myself. I'm also afraid that he'll think I'm an "annoying freshman."

You're being needlessly self-conscious. I'm sure he would be pretty excited to know that you were into him (if he doesn't already know). Just take it slow and see what happens. Unless he already has a girlfriend or something, you have a pretty much zero chance of making a fool of yourself.

He doesn't have a girlfriend, and he doesn't know that I like him... I dont know how to "take it slow and see what happens." I don't really know what to do in general
