Why do I attract so many girls?

First of all, I know how this question sounds and I've never imagined me having this "problem". I don't consider myself handsome, I'm not rich or owning anything that would appear so, yet almost every girl I meet sooner or later adds me on facebook, texts me regulary or wants to go out/meet with me, including some of my friends girlfriends. They are very clear about their intentions and that is what makes me worry a lot. What I would really like is to have a few female friends who don't want anything than friendship bit I'm having difficult time doing so. I would also like my friends girlfriends to stop hitting on me without me being a jerk about it.
