GUYS: would you cuddle with a girl if you didn't care for her?

This guy friend of mine cuddled with me the other night. We are not close friends by any means. We were at a party and I got pretty drunk and he was buzzed. He had like 3 beers. the whole night, he kept asking me if I was okay (because I drank a lot). He would come up to me and put his arm around me and hold my shoulder and ask if I was good. He did this at least 5 or 6 times. He also followed me to the kitchen and I picked up a glass of water and he was like is this just water, and he made sure it was and was like okay. He was also teasing me He also does that when we're sober. He also sat next to me a few times. He sat next to me again and we ended up cuddling. I can't remember who initiated the cuddle, but we did. I had my head on his shoulder and my arm on his chest. I was pressed against him and he had his arm around my shoulders and arm, kind of holding me. I don't remember how long we stayed like this but it was at least 5 or 10 min. But it felt like forever. He eventually got up because he had to pee. Anyway, during our cuddle, we were on the couch with other people in the room and someone asked him if he was good. And he said 'yeah just drinking my beer' and then looked down at me and was like 'you good?' And I said I was great. And we continued to cuddle. So I don't know if it meant anything to him because he was tipsy or if he just went along with it if I initiated the cuddling. He was the one to sit beside me during the night.. would a guy continue to cuddle with a girl he didn't like? Wouldn't he try his best to avoid it and would he just get up right away if he didn't want to cuddle? I don't know if it matters but he is planning on staying a virgin till he is married. I think I really came on to him that night. I kind of made a comment that hinted toward dating him lol. I'm also gonna see him tomorrow so I don't know if I should talk about that night or pretend it didn't happen haha. Thanks friends
