Depends how short she is and how tall the guy is. I'm 6'5 and my ex was 5'5 so it could actually be very hard to bend down to kiss her, so we just found ways to do it. Like while sitting down, when she was on a step and I wasn't or I just held her. Anything works, you just have to make it work.
