Yes! Kiss on the forehead means a lot. When I kiss my gfs forehead it just gives both of us instant peace and love. It's weird but I love it and she loves it!

My guy friend kissed me on the forehead and I know he cares for me. A guy I was dating kissed me on the forehead after sex for the first time, I wasn’t so sure what he meant by that one, protectiveness maybe? Who knows.

Could have been saying we’re better off as friends for all I know.
I think it depends on individual how they view it as. If that guy thinks that is just what girls like and just do it casually we would have felt the difference. The amount of emotion and feeling that it gives off will be different.
No, I've never heard of that. I always figured a kiss on the forehead was for people you shouldn't kiss on the lips. If shs was sick I'd kiss on the forehead.
Kiss on the forehead is usually down by a parental figure, I would when my lady falls asleep, or when I pull her into a tight hug I would press my lips to her forhead, I also kiss the corner of her eye, and a lot of other places lol
I think, when your parents used too kiss your forehead, so when your partner gives you a kiss on the forehead, its like them trying to show you how much the care for you. I dont think its overrated.

I think it can be nice to get one sometimes. But it's not like i would rather have a kiss on the forehead for the rest of the relationship
Romantically it is "I will protect you." I think it's an implicit ILY even if the bestower does not yet know the depth of their feelings.
I've never gotten one. been kissed on the hand a few times and its super sweet and tender but I don't know about the forehead kiss
It's not better or worse, just for different context and feeling. It's also gonna be more common for couples where the guy is much taller.

Depends on the situation. It's different for everyone.
I just think it's a beautiful way of showing your love to someone and how much you care for them. Sexually or non sexually.
Aww no i love them when they kiss on the neck on the forehead 😍😍😍 makes you feel really special.

Any kiss on any part of your body is just a kiss, it's depends on people and the situation to give it a meaning

A kiss on the forehead is for family, or maybe if your S/O is sleep. I've never heard of it meaning more than a kiss on the lips or the cheek even.

Its just being affectionate that ls all - not sure why it would be seen as overated
