By inexperienced I mean has not had a proper relationship, only kissed 1 girl and is still a virgin?

A guy without experience will be viewed by girls similarly as a girl without experience will be viewed by guys: as someone who doesn't really know what he or she is doing. The question is:

1. Is he motivated to learn?

2. Is he a fast learner?

3. Is he confident, or is he insecure about his inexperience i.e. does it show

Some women will be more than cool with it - happy that you are neither a player nor have an STD.

Your age isn't so big of a deal. There are guys much older with equal or less experience.

As a virgin myself, and one that wishes her boyfriends still was one, I think it's a very good thing. That way, if you happen to fall for a girl who hasn't had sex either, you can both figure it out together, and if you don't know what to do, it's okay because she doesn't either. It's all cutesy awkward. And the next girl you date won't worry about being compared to another girl (unless I'm the only one that worries about that). All in all, it's a good thing, even if you find it frustrating at times.

I know I'm a fair bit younger than you, but this is my opinion. I actually think it's kind of cute. Depending on your reasons for still being a virgin (as in waiting for a serious relationship), I could even go so far as viewing it as respectable. As long as you don't hold out on kissing a girl at the right time, you'll be fine. Be patient. Lots of luck! :)
