this guy I've been talking to calls be his "babe" or "baby girl" whenever we're together so I asked him what he meant by that and he said, "lets put it this way, if I saw you with another guy I'd be really PISSED"

what does he mean by that? and how can I make him want me officially

Let's just say he already told you how he feels about you...he doesn't want you with another guy... and Babe is his term of endearment for you...the next time he says he would be pissed if he saw you with another guy, then tell him that's cool cause you would be pissed if he was with another girl...and that will show him your level of interest.
